A letter from Mayfair Insurance & Mortgage Consultants Limited states:

"We confirm that the above company has insurance in force of Professional Indemnity with an Indemnity Limit of £2 million. The policy is underwritten by Quinn, the policy number is GED/COM/00089789. This policy is valid until the 17th February 2010.

We also confirm that the above company has insurance in force for Public and Products Liability, with an Indemnity Limit of £5 million, employers liability at an indemnity limit of £10 million and contractors All Risks with a maximum value for any one contract of £500,000. This policy is also underwritten by Quinn, policy number GED/COM/0002001, which is valid until 12th April 2010."
